Sponsorship & Donation Request Form

Requests for sponsorships and contibutions will be considered on an annual basis. Request Deadline for next year’s events is November 1st of this year.

 

All items submitted are subject to review by our executive committee. Responses with the decision will be sent to the submission contact ONLY if your request is approved.

 

We require 6 weeks prior to the deadline for all submissions. There is no need to call, email or visit the dealership to check on the status of your request. We will respond as soon as the review process is complete. For additional information regarding sponsorship and donations, click here.
